Post Vacation Dates Here

Hello all!!! Sometimes we have things going on or will be away for a weekend, week....need some time Etc...Please let us know here, so we don't go thinking you left the team! hahaha! Post your time away or if you are going through Major Down Time.

This is just to give us a heads up in case you are missing a bit longer than expected!

I have been missing quite a bit. My son had to have surgery, one of our best friends was just diagnosed with leukemia and my mother in law was diagnosed with uterine cancer.....SOOOOOOOO....to make a long story short, I just haven't had the time to get online because we are spending time with family and such

My son has been here all month and I've been gone a lot, so it's been a chore just to keep up with my store, let alone obligations to my teams, so I've been very much an absentee team member. Sorry.

I left on vacation for the past 2 weeks and forgot to let you know about it!
YES! I'm still here!

I will be out of town Friday-Sunday this week! Heading to Wisconsin Dells. I will have my laptop with me, so I can keep checkin in as much as possible!

I will be gone till Oct. 5th. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

This cuold be a very MIA weekend for me. After spending 3 hours at the Dr. yesterday with my son, we found out he has a viral infection and we are treating the flu. His class had an outbreak of 2 confirmed H1N1 cases in the class, so we are on the look out for other signs of how he is doing. I should be in and out occasionally, but I will probably be doing a lot of reading and coloring and movie watching, to keep him entertained while the other kids are running around

Poor little guy! Take care, get him better, and keep yourself well too! (I know how hard that is, especially with more than 1).

I'll make sure to be around a lot more this week so you can have lots of movie, cuddle and coloring time!

November 25th- 29th I will be out of town in Frankenmuth, Michigan for Thanksgiving. I will have my laptop with me and will be checking in in the mornings and in the late evenings. PLEASE PM me if anything big happens, so that I check in right away! Thanks!!!

Not quite a vacation but December 20th, I am going in to have my tonsils removed. I will most likely be pretty out of it that whole week. I will try and check in as much as possible

Michelle, if you don't mind me asking, why are you having them out? I've been trying to have mine removed for years and am hopefully getting close to convincing my ENT, but he's wanted to try other things before going there.

haha... Don't count on the ice cream! I had mine out when I was about 13 (when it's supposed to be "easy") and I could barely sip water through a straw for 3 days, then it was letting cold soup or maybe very soft ice cream drain down my throat for another 2!!!

BUT... I did lose A LOT of weight (which I didn't need at the time, but would be welcome now : ) So, you'll be miserable, but you should look really good once you feel better! LoL.

Right before Christmas is harsh though. Yikes!

On another note. I will be in Portugal (with my husband's family) from December 17th to January 5th.

I'll have my laptop, but I will be traveling quite a bit and running around a ton so don't know how much I'll log in.

I think that I should have someone take over the Money Saving Monday posts and the Friday Featured Artist post for me (unless they're just skipped for those couple of weeks) because I don't think I'll be able to get to them (and honestly, I don't want to have to worry about it )

2 1/2 more weeks!!!! Yikes, so much to do!!!

Danielle, I was having chronic sore throats off and on and they werefinally getting off the charts painful, so my primary doc sent me to a specialist and before they even sent me for x-rays they saa how swollen they were. I'm having my adenoids taken out as well since they were very swollen as well.

Ouch, Michelle! I can sympathize with you on the chronic soar throats. That is why I had to have mine out at 17. It turns out that I was harboring the step bacteria so I pretty much had a constant strep throat. Since I had them out I have only had a soar throat once (12 years) so I hope it clears things up for you!

Lots of rest and lots of ice cream for sure!

I will be putting all of my shops on vacation from Dec 14th- Jan2nd....BUT will be checking in here of course between those times

I will be out of town from the 22nd through the 29th. I won't have internet during the days (Grandma and Grandpa don't surf the net, hehehe). I should have it when I am at the hotel for the night though, so I will try and check in as I can.

Looks like we will be a virtual ghost house during that time. Yikes!

I have some news, I'll be needing to take a little hiatus from the team!

I'm just a
little overwhelmed by life and work right now and am having trouble
keeping up with team stuff (as seen by the total flake on the
Money-Saving Monday yesterday -- I'm so sorry, I completely forgot!).

I'm hoping that it'll only be for a month or two until I can sort
through my life and pull it all together! I love the team and will miss
it, but I think it's better this way for my sanity. LoL!

I'll hopefully be back and chatting and involved again soon. Best to everyone in the meantime!
