Is there any way to print out all your expired listings? I want to try and sort out my inventory but I have 15 pages of expired listings and copy and pasting them is taking a long time...

If you want to be able to print out the text of the listings or a file like you can with your monthly bill, you are out of luck. Sellers have been agitating for a long time to be able to open and edit the expired listings before renewing or to be able to delete them for a long time. I hope that happens soon. I'm afraid your copy and pasting to a spreadsheet is ablut the best solution for now.
